Butler’s Orchard Pumpkin Festival – Germantown Maryland Fall Festival

This is one of my kids' favorite fall festivals in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area! It can get busy so some tips include going on a weekday, first finding a spot to the far north and working through the activities, and going near the end of the day when it really clears out. My kids didn't have to wait for slides during the last hour of the festival! And save room and time for apple cider donuts and slushies!

Our family has gone a couple of times and it's so wonderful! The cool part of the Maryland Renaissance Fair is that it is in a permanent forest set up so all the booths and areas are so lifelike!
