The kids had fun with the interactive displays, especially the touch-and-smell garden and the desert room. My favorite was the large atrium. Check out their website too for lots of fun FREE family events throughout the year including a train exhibit during the Winter Holidays with DC landmarks made of plants and a family friendly Halloween event!

We also enjoyed the outdoor garden, where the kids liked spotting butterflies and we all appreciated the open space to walk around and relax. The garden offers something for all ages, with hands-on activities and educational exhibits that made the visit both fun and informative. It was a great family-friendly stop in D.C., combining nature and learning in a relaxing environment.
